Pricing Plans - Yes DIMENSIONS can readily put together a pricing plan for your owner or tenant. This is done at an hourly rate of $95. Interior Finishes/Furniture Layout Plans - Yes DIMENSIONS can put together low level or high level packages for interior build out work for your tenants. This can be done as a lump sum project directly with the tenant, or as an hourly rated project through the owner. Permit Sets - No If DIMENSIONS started doing permit sets we could no longer provide the specific service to the real estate professionals that we do! So clients in need of permit sets are referred out to trusted architects. |
