Rates are made up of two parts: a per square foot fee* and a base fee. Pinellas and Hillsborough $75 Manatee, Pasco, and Polk $125 Hernando, Polk, Orange, and Lee $200 Proposals for work across the state and around the country can also be provided. plus Retail/Office $.10/sf Unoccupied $.125/sf Occupied Medical/Law/Auto/Restaurant $.15/sf Unoccupied $.175/sf Occupied Warehouse $.07/sf Unoccupied $.09/sf Occupied *$300 minimum |
